By default this WordPress/GoDaddy website does not collect any personal data about visitors.
The information that individuals send to LM Indexing via the ‘Commissioning Form’ or in an email to [email protected] will be used for the following reasons:
- to contact the individual in response to a specific enquiry about an index commission
- to contact the individual while an indexing project is being completed
What information is collected:
- name
- company name
- email address
- telephone number
- information about your project (e.g. book title, author name, length of book, date of project, budgetary constraints)
If we agree to work together, the following information will be collected:
- postal address for invoices to fulfill my obligations to HMRC (UK tax authority)
- files required for work

Comments have been switched off. Therefore no data is collected regarding comments.
Contact forms (Commissioning Form)
The ‘Commissioning Form’ is a Google Form held on Google Drive.
Google’s ‘Terms of Service’ state that they do not claim ownership of the content, text, data, information or files uploaded or stored in the Google Drive account. Google does not share files and data with others except in terms of it’s privacy policy
- will not change a Private document into a Public one.
- will not use a Private document for marketing or promotional campaigns.
- will keep your data only as long as you ask us to keep it.

LM Indexing will keep the ‘Commissioning Form’ submission or email submissions for customer service purposes. The information will not be used for marketing purposes. Indexing clients work with an indexer more than once, so data is not deleted unless specifically requested to do so.
Your personal data i.e. name and address is kept for a minimum of seven years to comply with my obligations to HMRC, the UK tax authority.
Please ask me if you want me to delete or amend your records and I will do so. This does not include data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

You can request that LM Indexing erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
